  1. Hmmm, isn't the whole point of being "green" to reduce the amount that we consume? I suppose if you are buying something "green" INSTEAD of something that isn't there is some net improvement, but buying something because it is green is still increasing your personal consumption which is the opposite of actually being green. Technically the best way to be green is to NOT buy something at all and reduce the overall resources that you personally use up.

  2. Good point, as usual. At these prices, the items listed are things that people will not rush out to buy just because they are eco-friendly. But, if you are in the market for any of these types of items and want to make better choices for the environment, these are some options. :)
